Be careful what you wish for . . .
So if you look here you’ll notice the fact that I’ve joined the executive management team at The 451 Group. Two things happen now. First, all the security related stuff I was blogging here gets moved over to a wicked cool new 451 Group security blog, which I will link to as soon as we work out the kinks and get the templates right. That blog will focus on the business of IT security and be a forum for the other 451 Group analysts and me to discuss matters that wouldn’t fit into the other buckets that 451 has available for analysis and insight.
And second, as someone with responsibility to help set and enforce policy about appropriate policies for 451 Group analysts, it’s probably an exceptionally poor idea for me to continue to skewer people - no matter how deserving - on my personal blog.
It has been a whole mess of fun, and if this is selling out, then consider me wrapped up, SKU scanned and bagged. So so long, and thanks for all the fish.
